The first tip is to number one, never upload your video directly from your phone straight to YouTube. You want to have your video go from your desktop and save the file name as the keyword that you’re going to title your video before you upload it to YouTube.
Reason why is because YouTube is going to go ahead and they’re going to look at the file name and they’re going to evaluate that, and that’s going to be taken into consideration when they rank your video. So why not start off on the right foot and give yourself the best chance possible to have the highest possible optimization behind your video by saving your video as a file that’s named the actual keyword that you’re going to upload into your video and title it as that keyword. Tip number two for real estate seo is to go ahead and YouTube search the video title of your video and see who’s ranking in the top spot already for the keyword term that you want to rank for. Then, backlink that link in the description of your YouTube video. Sounds crazy right?
Why would you backlink your direct competition? Stay with me here. YouTube will actually see that they’re ranking number one for that keyword and that you also have the same keyword, and that these videos are connected. Guys, so YouTube also loves to see backlinks that lead towards other YouTube videos and not off the YouTube platform. So in essence, it’s kind of like hijacking the authority of the top ranking videos and giving you an SEO boost simply because you’re backlinking them in your description and you guys have very similar keywords.
So what I would do is I would take the first one, two, and three video spots that are ranking in the top three spots for your keyword term and I would backlink all three of those videos at the bottom of your description. I would also backlink your video channel as well.
