Okay. So we’re in the midst of 2021 moving forward towards the end of the year. We’re now in the beginning of February. The one tip that I can give you folks for real estate agent training to grow your sales business right now, is a tip that my coach, my mentor, my business partner, Jennifer Schiff here at EXP Realty coaches and consultants, my real estate sales team, the Kirk Home Group one currently right now. And the main strategy right now for us is to really cultivate our database.

We’ve got an exceptional database of past clients that know, love, and trust the Kirk Home Group. They’ve worked with us many, many times over. The fact of the matter is that we just have not been cultivating and loving, and touching our database the way that we should be. Especially if we want to continue to be relevant and authoritative moving forward into the future. Look at the expireds or the lack thereof in your local market.

Everything is selling right now. So what you once did to get where you’ve once gotten is not going to get you to where you want to go to because the market is changing. There’s a lack of inventory available right now. So if you’ve sold hundreds of homes, or if you haven’t sold hundreds of homes, you need to be cultivating that database, contacting them consistently, texting them, calling them, sending thank you cards.

Because right now, it’s either technology or you. My question is, is who’s it going to be? Are you going to get the business when their family member wants to list to sell their property? Or is technology going to because technology is front and center?
