​ Hey, everybody. My name is Romeo Santos and I own Red Anchor Properties of Exp Realty. I just wanted to take a moment to share with all of you the incredible value that I’ve personally been receiving from my colleague and my good friend, Jonathan David Kirk. When I first went on this endeavor, I was thinking to myself, “How will I even have the time to do this? Is it even worth it for me to do this? Should I take on this new initiative?” He felt very strong about the fact that it would make a positive impact in my business and so I went ahead and I put my trust in John and he’s been absolutely right. We’ve already started to bring in organic leads. We’re ranking for certain keywords already. He’s taught me so much in a very easy way that I’ve been able to just implement it with just a couple hours a week, which has been fantastic because obviously I don’t have a ton of time anyways. If you or anybody you know is thinking about potentially coaching with John, I would certainly say do it. You’re going to get the value out of it. He’s going to teach you a lot. He’s going to bring you information when you need it. Even today in our coaching session, he brought me some information that actually really inspired me to do this because something happened with Google where they changed some algorithm. I would have never known that on my own and he brought that information to me and then set me up and showed me exactly what I needed to do to get ahead of it and I was able to take a ton of territories that maybe another week, two weeks, or a month down the road when I figured it out on my own, it might have been too late. Jump on board. You’re going to learn a ton. You’re going to have a lot of value coming out of it, and John’s just a really good dude.
